PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY CLIENT TIMING If a client is not present within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. ALL appointments require a working card on file. If a card is not added at the time of booking, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be blocked from booking in the future. If a client becomes extremely rude or disrespectful, Jayde Natural Hair Guru reserves the right to refuse service of ALL kinds. ⸻ DEPOSITS (UPDATED POLICY) A deposit is now required to book and confirm ALL appointments. If the deposit is not paid immediately upon booking, your appointment will be canceled and not confirmed. No exceptions. • Deposits for extensions, color, and new client consultations are NON-REFUNDABLE. • Deposits for extensions and color services will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full cost of the service you booked. If appointments are rescheduled more than once, a $30 rescheduling deposit will be required to secure a new date. ⸻ PAYMENTS ACCEPTED We accept: • Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay • Cards are accepted with a 4% processing fee All extensions purchased by the client are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations. Once purchased, extensions are final sale. ⸻ SERVICE SATISFACTION If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair, please contact Jayde Ariel, The Natural Hair Guru, within 24 hours of your appointment. If contact is not made within this window, Jayde Ariel Natural Hair Guru is not liable for any dissatisfaction or mishaps. ⸻ SPECIAL OFFERS OR SERVICES Specials must be booked during the time period they are offered. If a special expires before your appointment is booked or changed, it will not be honored. ⸻ NEW CLIENTS All new clients must book a NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION prior to any services. If the client refuses to book a consultation, Jayde Ariel Natural Hair Guru has the right to cancel the appointment.
